RETURN POLICY AND RETURN
INSTRUCTIONS:
We offer a 30-day replacement and/or exchange of all of our store
items. Contact us at 1-888-227-1414 or 661-775-7400, M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
PST, to request a replacement or exchange on product(s) purchased. Your returned
package must be postmarked within 30-Days of your Receipt/Invoice and you must
return the item(s) in the original packaging (we recommend saving the product
packaging for at least 30 days whenyou receive your item(s)) to: (BARBAR, Inc., 9663 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite #600, Beverly Hills, CA 90210). You
must enclose a copy of the Receipt and/or Invoice with all returns, in addition
to $10.00 to cover shipping/handling fees with UPS, within the U.S.
International Returns must include $20.00 to cover shipping/handling fees.
Exchanges and replacements are typically processed within 1-2 business days from
receiving your approved returned item(s). HOW TO RETURN DEFECTIVE ELECTRICAL
ITEM(S): If the electrical item you've ordered appears defective or damaged,
please contact us immediately within our 30-Day window at 1-888-227-1414 or
661-775-7400,M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., PST, to request a replacement. You may
be provided other returning instructions when item is defective. FOR NON-FACTORY
SEALED HYGIENE TYPE ITEMS SUCH AS SHAMPOOS, CONDITIONERS, SOAPS, LIQUIDS,
CREAMS, LOTIONS, BRUSHES, OILS, SOAPS, SUPPLEMENTS, and SIMILAR ITEMS: All Sales
are final for these items. We cannot accept any returns for items which are not
factory sealed due to State, Federal and Local Health Laws and Concerns. If
these products are defective or damaged please contact us immediately at
1-888-227-1414 or 661-775-7400, M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., PST. WARRANTY
ALTERNATIVES: All electrical accessory items include a warranty. Warranties will
vary between products. Please check all packaging for warranty information. In
order to replace or exchange any items, warranty must be in good standing.
OUR RIGHT TO INSPECT RETURNS IN GOOD FAITH: We reserve the right to evaluate and
inspect any and all returned item(s), in good faith, and solely decide if the
purchase of said item(s) are replaceable.

SHIPPING
All "in stock" orders (including expedited 1, 2 and 3 day shipping) which are
received by 12:00 Midnight, U.S. Pacific Standard Time, will beprocessed and
shipped within the following 1-2 business days. Orders placed over Holidays and
Weekends will be processed and shipped the following business day(s). We stock
99.9% of the items shown on our website. However on some occasions, multiple
orders for the same item(s) may be placed by more than one customer at the same
time, causing us to be temporarily out of stock for that specific item(s). If
this occurs, it may cause a slight delay with your order. If we are unable to
ship your order out within the usual 1-2 business days, you will be notified via
email or by telephone as soon as possible and given the status and options for
your order. For UPS Ground orders in the U.S., please allow approximately 2-9
business days. Most orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped UPS Ground.
Shipments to Canada, APO, FPO, Military and International are shipped USPS. Our
shipping rates to both the U.S. and International vary, based on location,
weight and/or the number of items ordered. The Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
are also considered International territories.
IMPORTANT NOTE: USPS, UPS, Fedex
and Other carriers shipping standard or ground to Canada and outside of the U.S.
may impose other "import customs fees" which include Taxes, Broker Fees and
other Fees. These "fees" are typically collected by the shipping carrier in your
area, but are NOT collected for our benefit and are not part of our shipping
charges. These are fees imposed by the country customs. Please contact your
local customs and shipping carrier for more details. All Importers (products
ordered from countries outside of the U.S.) are responsible for all "fees" which
may be imposed by customs including duties, taxes and brokerage fees, and "fees"
